A web search suggests that this error code is the result of phantom award space. Can you confirm that the space exists (and is visible somewhere other than the AS site)?
KE space is visible on EF, but if you don't have a subscription you can also search their partners (they are skyteam; I'm not sure if DL will show the space? They don't require a login to search for award space AFAIK)
