I noticed there are many Korean Airlines which I would love to book, but getting errors, Alaska rep also said it's their IT problem.
I assume Japan Airline is probably similar? I did notice there are few routes that goes to Shanghai via Japan Airline on their website
When I called Alaska, rep said "it must be available on Alaska booking page in order for them to book"
