It's both easily walkable (15-20 minutes) and easily reachable by trolleybus in 5-7 mins (passes right by the hotel).

Not at all. The restaurant gets a bit busier in the evenings, but the lobby doesn't lend itself to large crowds (it's smaller than all Moxys I've been to) so I've never seen it noisy.
