Two separate FINNAIR tickets questions
I can only find award availability from USA to HEL but my destination is Croatia.

My plan is to redeem miles for USA to HEL and then purchase a separate ticket from there to Croatia. I understand if the first segment is delayed or cancel, I’ll forfeit my HEL-Croatia route.

I won’t check any bags, but given both legs are operated by FINAIR.
  1. Can I clear immigration at Helsinki without any issues?
  2. Anyway I can ask Finnair to link the two reservations?
  3. Anything else I should be aware of?
