Maybe you would need to call them.
I found this FAQ where it says
If the chosen tariff is cheaper, will I be refunded the difference?
No, online refunds are not currently possible. If the rebooking results in a refund, it cannot be carried out for that reason. You will receive a message informing you of this with the request to contact your booking centre. The rebooking will not be carried out online.
