I have zero patience to do that, eg reach out to customer service when I respond to an entire survey and then at the end am advised I don't qualify.

It is happening increasingly more frequently, no secret about that... After many years of doing the surveys when I have some free time, I will be moving on shortly, ridiculous...

If customer service promptly responds when you complain and you get credited, is that really so great? They are obviously aware of the issue and it plays to their benefit, the client gets their data and you get screwed--they can afford to say "I;m sorry" and humor the few who want to spend the time to complain by reimbursing them a few "cents", but nothing changes in the execution of their product. That should not be tolerated,imho.

If it's worth it to you, great, but time for me to move on...
