I've arrived in MUC T1 non-schengen non-clean and due to a connection from T2, we got picked up by a bus at the plane (couple dozen pax ttl). We were also let out in Schengen airside.

Happens sometimes. At least in our case we were all presumably known to be able to enter Schengen as we had been checked in with an onward BP..
