Current timings are
HEL-TLV 715pm - 1155pm
TLV-HEL 1245am - 540am
As both the arrival into TLV and the departure from TLV are at inconvenient times, I suppose the early morning arrival in HEL signifies there are probably a significant amount of connecting pax for the early morning flights.

The immediate turnaround makes it problematic. If the flights were positioned earlier in the day, such as
HEL-TLV 1115am - 355pm
TLV-HEL 445pm - 940pm
Connecting XXX-HEL-TLV would likely be OK, but TLV-HEL-XXX a no go for most non-domestic connections.
