Unfortunately, I just checked my credit report, and my credit score is ~650, entirely because of utilization on the CSR (I'm typically at 100% usage every month on the $75k credit limit). Does anybody know if a credit score is a blocker to getting approved (given assets, income, and net worth are well in excess of the recommendations)?

No idea as to whether the credit score would truly keep you from the account. I would say, though, that my JPMR (and I presume JPMRs in general) went to manual underwriting, so, I would think that although the credit score itself might raise an eyebrow or two, all of the things you just said would be taken into account also -- and be good reason to approve you for the card. Just my $0.02.
