We travelled on Alaska in March. Mrs Paxing had her sector credited promptly, mine was not. So I claimed on 18th April. Early August, no response. I went to submit further info but the site says I have already submitted a claim and they are waiting for Alaska to reply. Contacted AS directly who were BRILLIANT and sent me an email confirming my travel. BA account still says submitted in April.

Now, I cannot submit again and cannot find a suitable gap in the website through which to poke a stik. Any suggestions? I won't ask them this week as they might be busy.
