According to
Arkia's Hebrew site, first checked bag, 20 kg limit, is $40 and a second checked bag is $60 when paid for in advance. At the check-in counter, it is $90.
Rollaboards are limited to 8 kg and are $10 when prepaid or $15 at the counter.
Excess weight charge for both checked and carry-on bags is $10 per kilogram. The limit is 32 kg for checked bags and 12 kg for carry-on bags.
