Since you are flying from the West Coast, I would suggest looking at flights to southern Africa or to Asia (via Europe). Distance to JNB / CPT / TNR via LHR/AMS/CDG is about 22,000 miles and 20,700 via ATL. Distance to SIN via AMS/CDG is about 24,000 miles. Sydney, Australia via ICN is about 22,000 miles. China Eastern is slowly ramping up North American flights and it looks like there are some LAX - PVG - MLE (Maldives) and LAX - PVG - AKL (Auckland) flights available.
If you fly business or premium economy then you will earn 1.5X distance flown
