taxes and fees included but not included
I just used points to reserve a room at Holiday Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport, and checked show taxes and fees. It showed the price 16000 points per night, "Includes taxes and fees". After putting in my credit card and reserving the room it says "12.57% per night not included in rate". Why do they need to scam us? Is there any way out of paying it?
