Apparently that was either not intended or there was some communication issue. In any case, now they went on record saying that it is targeted.

I don’t pay rent, but had considered getting the card because of the welcome offer and use it to pay property taxes in November, and then use it for dining and hold it for Hyatt transfers or hypothetical future rent day promos. Back to the drawing board.
