EWR-BOG is a CPU eligible route. EWR-PDL requires PP to upgrade. So it's not the same. One could make the case to standardize the offering but I think part of it has to do with the TATL JV and pricing for PY vs. J. AC YHZ-LHR on 7M8 is also only selling Y and PY.

I've flown this route, it's not misleading. It offers same amenities as PremiumPlus on a widebody except for the legrest.
