The pattern for aircraft with domestic F is to call them International Business when used for international flights (North American, Central America, Caribbean, northern South America, ...). Image the outcry if this pseudo TATL flight was called international business or FIrst. Calling it PremPlus seems very appropriate labeling.
Note this is presently the only route so labeled.
What is a better label?
You could probably make a similar case to call EWR-BOG a PremiumPlus flight, too. It’s blocked at 10 minutes longer than EWR-PDL.
