I stayed at my first hotel booked using AA and I was awarded the mileage and a 1,000 bonus for my first booking but I did not receive the 30% bonus as I crossed the 100k by butt in actual seat and credit card spend. I thought it might just be they used 20% number but I crossed the 100k threshold 2 weeks prior but this is the only hotel stay and I don’t see a separate 1,000 point bonus. Should I ask for the 30% or does the 1,000 bonus wipe that out? I have no clue where the 60 miles came from? Appreciate the wisdom from the group.
