Plaza Premium Lounge - MCO Terminal C
I'm currently sitting in the PP lounge at MCO with my family. I wasn't expecting much but this place has still managed to disappoint.
It's way too overcrowded and we had trouble finding somewhere to sit. The plates and cutlery are dirty, food and drink options are very limited, and what is available leaves a lot to be desired. To me, it feels more like a particularly poor school canteen than a lounge.
I just went to get myself a cup of tea, but the hot water (on demand) tap is broken. The staff were no help, so I decided a coke would have to do. No such luck, as all types of coke have run out from the dispenser. Ok, how about a (dirty) glass of water? Nope, the cold tap is also broken. So it's coffee or Sprite then, great.
Unfortunately, the food situation is just as dire. They have run out of even the basics like bread, and the 'hot' food options (which are barely luke warm at best) are terrible. Other food is available at the bar for a price, but it would be much better to just buy food at the far more relaxed and less crowded departure lounge.
BA would be doing their passengers a favour if they handed out food vouchers instead of access to this crap hole.
