This is not exactly an ORC issue but similar concept

my friend has a fast track offer ending on say 9/1. She booked an eligible flight that'll surpass PQP threshold and it lands at 9/1 11pm so technically it'll count. But what if the flight gets delayed and lands at 12:30a on 9/2? Can she claim ORC or similar thing?
