Recent stay on 8/17 for 2 nights. Only staying by myself and they mentioned about upgraded me to a premium room, but not suite, no balcony. Room size really good with city view and large bathroom.
+1 on the annoying elevators but as I am not in a hurry, so it is ok.
The closeness to line 5 of LRT is very convenient especially I am going to a concert at Bukit Jalil and it'd be crowded to go with grab although grab is super cheap...
Breakfast choice on the first floor is really good imho.
