My app and account haven't shown my upcoming flights, next flight or GGL status (it always shows as gold) for years now. I refresh and refresh and eventually it logs me out. It's beyond useless.

BUT today is another level of how terrible the BA website is

I search for AGP to LGW to purchase a flight and it says that they do not fly that route. It takes 6-10 refreshes on average for the flights to show but by then it logs me out. Then it takes about 10-15 minutes to log back in.

When I do make it to the payment page for a CASH ticket I get either "Something went wrong We're sorry but we're unable to complete your booking." or "We're Sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again."

I've tried all the usual different browsers, desktop, iPhone, iPad and incognito mode and nothing works. Now the whole BA website just has "Error 403 - You don't have enough permissions to proceed further" until cookies are deleted, which is ridiculous "security" on their part.

I finally gave up and decided to book with a travel agent and it failed for them too - they said they're getting 503 errors from BA servers.

Gave up totally for a few hours because... why am I spending this much time to book with BA when their IT is so appalling on a good day.. it's like I'm begging them to take my money!

Tried once more just now and have a new error I haven't seen before:
We're sorry, but ba.com is very busy at the moment, and couldn't deal with your request. Please do try again - if it still doesn't work, it may be better to try again at another time.

Horrendous... and I'm only trying to BUY a simple one way ticket
