Anyway Google Flights has most of the answers. A valid follow up to a search there might be that "I see that Virgin has direct flights to Heathrow in Upper Class, how does this compare to BA F which I see is the only direct F option to Europe? Teach a person to fish and all that.
I'd fly via LAX personally, loads of choices then. I'd likely not bother with F because it would be an overnight and all I'd want is a flat bed. I'd go somewhere convenient for the onwards flight after discussion with the owner/operator. And so on, there are plenty of perfectly valid choices to make trading off apparent luxury against practicality.
Someone as experienced as you on the board will know that Virgin Upper Class isn't F.
