Given that you will have to transfer to a different airport for your private option (realistically the only private use of Heathrow is for people with oil wealth), your desire for comfort may well be best served by an easier transfer to private in Dublin or Frankfurt (which are available direct from SEA) even if you have to fly Business and not First to do so. (I understand CDG and AMS are not great for it either)
