My inquiry was basically how to get to Europe ( anywhere in Europe) from Seattle (our homebase) in comfort and no connections so that we can connect to a private flight for the remainder of our journey to Italy. I really appreciate the discussion that ensued. It sounds like BA First is probably the way to go.

My guess is once our flight to Europe has been figured out... the company that manages the private plane will make the determination which airport we will need to go to if not our arrival airport. They do this kind of stuff all the time.
