There are plenty of ATC system failures that occur across Europe. They tend to be lumped in with strikes/weather/other restrictions in terms of making UK news (if they ever do……the European ATC system is pretty good at working around such restrictions so many will go unnoticed).
Perhaps you could offer your services as part of the investigation? Seems you already know the root cause of the failure and that it was handled by ‘clods’.😉
Thank you for that - one tends to get lost in the news that you get from the media in your country.. I would gladly help in the investigation but would probably break more that one hairbrush if confronted with any flim-flam or blame shifting. I have heard that this was not a cyberattack - that alone would be the one excuse I might accept/ I can forgive people anything except being boring or incompetent at large salaries. Maybe it has come also from re-watching "Chernobyl" where the bumbling party idiots ran around blaming everyone else.
