not sure they are following their own rules…. In my case, I was already sitting at 123k LPs when my check in date arrived for my last stay. My LPs just posted today and I only got the 20% bonus. I was clearly above the required 100k before the activity date and posting date, so not sure why I only got the 20%. Guess I’ll find out when I call them later today.

They still owe me a 30% bonus on 3900 miles (not a huge amount) that I've been trying to collect since the beginning of August. I called again last week, and they said my account should be updated this week, as there was a time period that bonuses were not properly applied.
