Thanks for responding! It's the same orgin, destination, and dates. AA cancelled the IAH to PHX.

Yes 001 AA ticket. The first 2 flights are ba the last 2, now 3 are AA. It is an AA Award ticket, so I've been requesting AA flight numbers from LHR to either through DFW or direct to PHX.

They just say there's nothing they can do when we ask nicely...
