How are the rooms?
30 SQM. This is the most spacious room in the hotel. Two rooms on each floor. Two single bed rooms are only available below 23rd floor. High floors have one king bed only. The most expensive room category of this hotel is the Scramble View Room, but it is only 25sqm, therefore the hotel could not prepare upgrade pass. One king bed, bathroom with sunken bathtub. 49" SONY 4K LCD TV with Bluetooth sound system, Nespresso and sofa set. Toiletries are Biology provided by push dispenser.

How is the exec. lounge?
This hotel does not have exec. lounge.

Yes. Less than JPY40000 is acceptable price. (I paid JPY55000 though.)
