Change added 6 hr layover + extra connection: "nothing we can do"
In a couple weeks we have a J ticket MLA: LGW : LHR : IAH :PHX
AA had a schedule change and made this fun itinerary: MLA: LGW : LHR : IAH : DFW :PHX
2 of us are Platinum Pro and AA is refusing any rebooking even though we can see 6+ seats in EF. We've called and tried Twitter. What is the magic phrase to get them to do anything?
We've requested both AA and BA flights about 5 times...
