I am not PM the people who are so kind and helpful as I am sure that they are being kind and helpful to people who have real problems with the aftermath of this ATC horror. My question is quite simple.

I find the headphones given out in J on BA as utter rubbish compared with American. I would happily use my Sony wh-1000xm2 which fit comfortably and give excellent sound quality. My problem is that the adaptor will not work on BA as the BA socket requires one pin to be fatter than the other and mine pins are both the same size. Is it possible to buy an adaptor that will work on BA flights and from where do I buy it?

Any suggestions will be gratefully received
