As a point of reference, Iberia ran into issues with J seat deliveries late last year and ended up flying two A350s around without them for a while (mostly around Europe and North Africa as I recall, but still).

At this stage, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Lufthansa end up with the same problem, or even opt for an off-the-shelf seat for the deliveries expected soonest.
