Just confirming that this is the case for me as well: precheck on mobile BPs, not on the pdf (including pdf printed from the website). With two reservations, I can confirm that...
1) It doesn't matter if the KTN was entered at booking or in the OLCI process (we did one reservation each way).
2) It doesn't matter if you checkin on the web or the app (in both cases, precheck shows in the mobile BPs, but not in the pdf) (we did one reservation each way).
