Not really sure where the confusion is. Layout for all partner earning pages are the same - just focus on the chart, and you would get 95%+ of the info needed.

UA (016) ticket - award miles and PQP will be generally based on the fare unless there are certain exceptions.
016 ticket that maps to TK U-class earns nothing. So this is very relevant no matter the ticket stock.
