According to that, the card you hold at your anniversary that's the certificate you will get. There are several posts where members had Brilliant at anniversary and downgraded a few weeks later to the $95 card and still received an 85k cert because they held a Brilliant at anniversary.
Yes that seemed strange to me. I trust the experiences of FlyerTalkers much more than the customer service reps who seldom use their own product.
I hope that Schnit and you are right, and I look forward to an 85k cert when my account hits its anniversary next month. Doesn't make sense that I would get nothing during a product change year.
