Just to be sure - no one in the group will have his or her credit card at check-in? Would it be possible to apply for a credit card for one of them (your sister or someone else old enough in the group) if there is still time? Worst case scenario, CX refunds the amount and charges the same amount again at check-in. I believe CX will not charge extra (but that's from vague memory).
