Daughter is currently on a SW flight connecting in TPA tonight. I told her if she sits at the bar too long and misses her connection it might be a few days before she gets home. When we tried to change it this morning the SW waiver only started on Tuesday and didn’t include any Monday flights. Then early this afternoon we got an email saying we could change to anytime within 14 days at no charge but by that time she had already checked her luggage.
