Thanks cws! Will do.
If we want to make a claim for the outbound, should it be integrated in this one or should we do 2 separate claims each (my partner and I)?
On the way out, we had the same itinerary in reverse. JER to LHR got cancelled, and we were going to be put on a very late JER to LHR arriving much later and the next day in Portland.
Through GGL we were able to get a not-so-late JER to LHR albeit downgraded to Y (with an ask to confirm with the checkin desk that J was still not available), the rest of the itinerary was rerouted via SEA and made us arrive earlier than the original plan. So we were thinking about claiming for the downgrade of the JER to LHR. But unclear if this would be a compensation based on the price of that leg only or the whole itinerary.
Thanks as always
