I originally used an upgrade cert at booking but had to change date of return so went to an S fare. This was a terrible crew. Didn't take drink orders until at cruising altitude. Served dinner and that was it. No snack basket, no dessert or warm nuts. I have decided that if they take your drink order before the door closes you will have a great FA. At 10k it could go either way, at 30k all hope is lost. Gate agent at MIA was wonderful. Gate agent at SEA was rude and barking at people.
