60 days out at this point. Thanks for your feedback, this aligns exactly with what my GE friend shared with me. I'm leaning toward taking the later connection to ensure the seats don't get sold out prior but wanted to make sure I wasn't overestimating this. I figure by the time I get out and back in that's easily an hour knocked off of 6, sit down for a nice meal somewhere that's another hour, then head to the skyclub for showers and should only have about 3-3.5 hours left to wait after all that.
Research alternative flights for your travel date, and then if you find something that works better for you, CALL DL and politely ask if they will make the change for you due to schedule change resulting in a tight connection at DTW. For example, if your travel date happens to be Fri Oct 27, there is a HND-MSP-STL option with a 1hr55m connection in MSP.
