My reservation in Bangkok, 1800 day of arrival

My reservations are in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Slovakia, 1 day prior to arrival. The below is a bit ambiguous as to when the day before starts. I assume it is after 1159pm local time.

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation charge applies up to 1 day prior to arrival. Thereafter, the first night will be charged. Earnings from a substitute accommodation contract, as well as saved expenses will be deducted.
