The business cabin will shrink (or expand) as needed, so it's not like the US, where there is a defined number of "business only" seats that the airline chooses to fill by whatever means necessary.

If you're lucky enough to be able to score a row of 3 seats to yourself, then you can pretty much replicate the experience of business class in any row of the plane, at least in terms of the hard product.
Actually - OTP-CDG-OTP is usually operated with 737s in a 14J-102Y config, with *real* recliners in the front section.
RO offers onboard catering to all Business fares (hot meal + sides + beverages, incl. Alcoholic drinks).

On their 737s the cabin is fixed to 14/102.

As an exception to the above, RO might use their A318s on this route (although, in my 200+ segments on this routing i've flown the babybus less than 10 times). Their 318s are configured in a very early iteration of the Flex Cabin , with blocked middle seats in the first row.
