Just as a data point / FYI if useful to someone else; my flight BER-LHR today was unsurprisingly cancelled and the website/app doesn't give me any rebooking options. After 10 attempts, I got through to the call centre which couldn't rebook me because they can't see any flights until Friday. Quick look at ba.com/schedules confirms that there is nothing scheduled. Presumably because BA has no idea yet which services they are able to operate tomorrow. So it will be some time before they will sort themselves out. Was advised to ring back later.
Pretty much same story here. First Wing have given up trying to help anyone, people advised to book their own hotels, and to ring up customer services.
