Stuck in MAD
I’m stuck in Madrid after our Iberia flight got cancelled. Booked through BA so Iberia customer service desk said they could not do anything. They couldn’t even arrange hotel or meals, never mind rebook me.
If I click the ‘Rebooking Options’ it just takes me to MMB, which does have a button saying ‘Flight Change Options’. When I click that it says: This flight can’t be changed online, please contact the airline you booked with.
But that airline is BA, and they are rejecting all calls with an automated message saying ‘We can’t get you through to our team right now’ and hangs up.
I have no idea what to do now.
