I just saw that RO actually has a 2-2 product in C on this flight. I would be willing to pay for an upgrade for myself and one or more of my companions on this flight. Will there be any opportunity to do so at OLCI or at CDG?

(Separately, I see that RO is currently using 2F. Am I correct that I can guest both my wife and our 2yo child into the AF lounge in 2F? Is paid lounge access available for the other 2 companions on my reservation and if so at what cost?)
RO does not offer any OLCI upgrades.
Only way yo upgrade is through their Call Center (telephone, e-mail) or at the checkin counters in OTP, RO's base.

RO is *NOT* using 2F. This seems to be a recent issue at CDG, where a number of flights inbound to Non-Schengen, EU Countries are listed as departing from 2F. Even if you enter air-side via CDF 2F, you'll have to exit the Schengen Area through Documents Control then head to 2E in order to board your OTP-bound flight. If you chose to do so, you will be able to use the lounge in 2F. However, i recommend you enter airside via 2E and go to the 2E-L lounge. It's a bit more spacious and has all the amenities you'd find in 2F.

All flights bound to Romania are departing from CDG 2E as 2F is used for domestic and Schengen-bound flights. Romania is not a Schengen Area member.
