They do have breakfast. Thought it was just okay compared to buffets I’ve had at other Regencies. Evening reception (pretty sure it starts around 4-5pm) has complimentary beer and wine along with a handful of small menu items that are served from next door. You can also order items to go. It was very quiet when we went especially compared to the lively bar downstairs.
