Yes, did this in the past 2 weeks. Bold to Bountiful on 8/18.Pc Bountiful to Ritz 8/21. Didn't do quicker due to being weekend, but have heard customer service can see upgrade next biz day. Ritz card was expidited without asking and arrived before Bountiful, which isn't going to be used. No annual fee for Ritz ( or Bountiful) yet.
