Hello

My wife and I left for Norway to arrive with no luggage. We booked and left one Delta flight but klm used from MSP to ams to oslo.

I put a claim in and let the airport know they are missing. I had a surface in one in addition to jackets and clothes and in the other specialized contacts and glasses.

Talking with Delta it seems there is a $60 limit. It is cold here and we don't have a jacket or changes of clothes, etc. You can't buy a pair of pants here for 60.

Hoping someone can help and give guidance. What more should I do? Is it really $60? How about these other items in the bag?
