Schedule Change Reassurance
Apologies if this is a dumb question, but can't get through in any way to JAL. I've been issued a schedule change by JAL on the JL 44 out from LDN/ Haneda and the JL43 return on PE seating which pushes flight time up by two hours. I can't access the required change button in my reservation as stated in the email apparently because I have a connecting flight to Osaka.
Two questions:
1. Although I can longer access my reservation via JMB or lookup, can anyone reassure me that my original seat booking will be honoured (usually), and if not, any idea when I will be notified?
2. The schedule change now makes it now impossible to connect to the Osaka flight out and return to Haneda. Should I be assured that a suitable flight will be arranged by JAL, and when should I be notified of this?
I'm asking because there's no record of my original booking on the site now, and according to JAL, because there has been a schedule change which includes a connection, I cannot claim a refund.
