Change to cancellation policy on flexible rate
Must have missed this but when did this policy change? Flexible rate you used to be able to cancel on the day up to 1400 I thought, now is the day before. Have used that last minute safety blanket quite a few times.
Was it just a covid policy and now back to normal?
