We are always told to pay attention to the safety briefing and that the crew are mainly there for ours safety. Not everyone is a regular flyer and there might be someone on the plane who is scared of flying and watching the safety briefing being effectively discarded might of made them more anxious.
Ok so look at it this way. If one is concerned that the safety briefing was not done correctly or something was missed out and therefore one feels unhappy or anxious about a particular aspect of it that they are unsure about, then the time to raise that issue is there and then and the person to raise it with is either that or another crew member so that their fears are allayed.
It’s not going to help much by leaving it till after the flight (should anything happen then it’s rather too late!) and then posting about it on a internet forum asking whether to report them to the airline.
